LexisNexis Sales Solutions Consultant - Denver - job requisition # LEX00391 description:
The Solution Consultant is responsible for providing customer training on solution line products that drive adoption and build preference for a set of defined content enabled products. In assigned accounts and select firm branch office locations in geographic territory, trains on defined set of content enabled products (e.g.Lexis.com, Total Search, Publisher, Ozmosys, atVantage, CourtLink, Total Litigator).

 

Accountabilities:
1. Trains on defined set of content enabled products (e.g.
Lexis.com, Total Search, Publisher, Ozmosys, atVantage, CourtLink, Total Litigator, etc.) for full set of accounts in territory.

2. Responsible for training and driving usage/adoption in select law firm branch office locations.
3. Educate firms about LN through demos, represents LN at trade shows.
4. Ensure customer issues are addressed, including raising to appropriate party.
5. Communicate firm knowledge back to Client Manager and their own manager
6. Utilize all required processes, tools and systems.

Qualifications:
1. BA/BS preferred
2. 3-5 years of business experience including sales and/or training experience 3. Demonstrated ability to probe for data or clues that will allow for effective problem resolution. Ability to investigate for greater and more accurate understanding of the situation to better address problems or opportunities.

4. Ability to work cooperatively within a team and across the organization matrix to achieve group and organizational goals.

5. Ability to build strong enduring relationships to establish a network of individuals who can provide information, help or access to others.

6. Excellent communication skills.
7. May require local or overnight business travel.
8. Ability to lift or carry laptop and collateral sales materials of approximately 25 pounds

Associate Attorney – Personal Injury/Workers’ Compensation

Our client is a successful plaintiffs’ law firm practicing primarily in the areas of personal injury and workers’ compensation. Cases may include: motor vehicle collisions, premise liability, products liability. The firm is currently accepting resumes and scheduling interviews for associate attorneys. If selected, associate attorneys will be responsible for the competent, ethical, and diligent representation of clients in all cases assigned by supervisor. Will be responsible for handling matters of moderate to great complexity and/or exposure, and initially may be assisting senior attorneys with their current case load. Work will include preparation of pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs, attendance at hearings, conferences, interviews, trials or arbitrations, and performance of any other tasks or duties necessary for the proper representation of clients.

For consideration candidates should possess:

Currently licensed to practice in Colorado.

3-5 years of litigation experience including attendance at hearings, conferences, interviews, trials or arbitrations

Experience with an insurance company and/or defense firm would be a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Ability to work in a large firm environment

Strong editing/document review skills preferred

Associate Attorney – Workers’ Compensation

Tech center law firm is seeking an experienced workers’ compensation attorney. 2-3 years concentrated experience in workers’ compensation is preferred, but will consider candidates who have practiced in this area along with other concentrations. Corporate/Technical Librarian - Contract

Our corporate client is located in the DTC area and has an immediate opening for an experienced corporate/technical librarian. Will be responsible for building a catalog of published literature on specific applications pertinent to our corporate client’s industry. This will be done through a searchable database. Cataloging of various technical projects and experiments will also be required. Listing of all potential projects and prioritizing them will be essential. There will be much interaction with technical employees and some travel. A background in inorganic chemistry and/or process engineering would be helpful. This is an open-ended contract with strong indications for a permanent position. Compensation would be hourly during the contract period.
